1. General
- Use and purchase on the site are subject to the terms detailed in these Terms and Conditions. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as performing an action on the site, including the use of the content contained therein and the various services operating therein, indicates your agreement to the terms contained in the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the terms of the policy, in whole or in part, please refrain from using the site.
- The provisions of these regulations apply equally to both sexes, and the use of the masculine form is for convenience only.
- Anyone performing an action on the site declares that he is aware of the site’s regulations and the rules of participation on the site and accepts them, and that he and/or anyone on his behalf will not have any claim and/or lawsuit against the site’s owners and/or operators and/or anyone on their behalf, except claims related to the breach of the site’s owners and/or operators’ obligations under these regulations. The meaning of the word “action” in these regulations is – any action performed for the purpose of purchasing a product or service offered for sale on the site.
- Any user who has reached the age of 18 and who has an e-mail account on the Internet, a valid personal ID card, and a valid personal credit card from one of the Israeli credit companies may perform an action on the site.
- Verimix may prevent you from purchasing on the Site and/or using the Site temporarily or permanently, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
- Without derogating from the foregoing, Verimix may prevent you from participating in any of the sales and submitting bids in any of the following cases:
- If you intentionally provided incorrect details.
- If you have committed an act that harms or may harm the Company or any third parties.
- If your credit card has been blocked or restricted in any way.
- If you need to obtain permission from any third party to perform a legal action, you declare and confirm that you have received the consent of the guardians, or third party as stated above, to perform an action on the site.
- Any user who has a valid e-mail account and a credit card that can be cleared by one of the credit companies operating legally in Israel or a working PayPal accont of good standing, may perform an action on the site.
- The supply of products and/or services will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of these regulations below.
- Verimix reserves the right to cancel a sale, at its sole discretion, if it becomes apparent that illegal activity has been or is being carried out on the site, or in the event of force majeure, acts of war, hostility or terrorism that prevent, in the opinion of the company, the continuation or execution of the sale, or if a bona fide error occurs in the printing, in the description of the product/service, in the terms of sale, and/or in the event of an error in entering the sale data, and in any case where an action has been taken in violation of these regulations.
- Only the rules published in these regulations will bind Verimix towards those performing actions on the site.
- Verimix reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time, but any changes will only apply to products and/or services purchased after the change.
2. The products offered for sale
- The site displays a wide variety of products and services from the best manufacturers, at attractive prices and under special conditions.
- The product details and data appear on the sales page of each product. Verimix makes great efforts to provide a description and up-to-date and comprehensive information about the products offered for sale on the site However, if there is a link (“link”) on the site, which refers to other sites, Verimix will not be responsible for the content of those sites, the information published on them or any other details related to them, and will not be responsible for any direct or indirect damage that will be caused or may be caused, as a result of using or relying on the information that appears in the services that you may reach via the link on the site. 3. The ordering process
- After you have placed your order, you will receive an initial notification that your order details have been received. Please note: This confirmation does not obligate the site and/or anyone on its behalf to provide the products you ordered, and it only indicates that the order details have been received by the system.
- Only after the site has finished checking your credit card details, and the credit card company has received approval to make the purchase, or after your PayPal payment was cleared and recived in the company’s account, will your offer be considered completed and all processes for delivering the products you ordered will begin, provided that your order details have been received by the system without disruption, and provided that the products are in stock.
4. Ordering products and/or services
- In order for us to fulfill your offer to purchase a product (hereinafter: “your order”), it is important that the products you ordered are in stock on the Site. Although we do our best to ensure that the products displayed on the Site as being in stock are indeed in stock, it is possible that products displayed on the Site are out of stock, in which case we will send you an appropriate notification via your e-mail or telephone.
- The site reserves the right to make you an offer to purchase an alternative product of similar nature and price, if such an alternative exists. If you accept the site’s offer – your order details will be updated again. On the other hand, if you decide to refuse the site’s offer – your order will be deleted and your credit card or PayPal account will not be refunded.
5. A botched order
- In order for us to provide you with the products you ordered, your order must be received and processed by us in a proper and orderly manner, containing all the details required for the delivery of the products and your billing. There may be various reasons that may cause malfunctions and disruptions in the reception and processing of your order by the website. If you receive a message regarding incorrect content in your order details, or a message regarding a malfunction that occurred in the system when receiving your order, we recommend that you contact our customer service via the website, or by phone at the numbers listed on the website.
- If there is a disruption and/or error in the description of the product and/or service, in their image, description, price or any other detail, the site will be entitled to cancel your purchase and you will not be charged any payment for the canceled order.
- If you provide incorrect identification information when placing your order, we cannot guarantee that the products will reach you. In the event that the products are returned to us due to incorrect information you provided, you will be charged for handling and shipping fees. Please be sure to fill in accurate and up-to-date information.
- Submitting false personal information is completely prohibited and constitutes a criminal offense under the provisions of the Penal Law, 5737 – 1977 and/or any other law.
6. Payment methods
- You can pay using a valid credit card, which can be cleared by one of the credit card companies legally operating in Israel (except Diners) or via PayPal.
- If you do not wish to make a payment by card via the Internet, you also have the option of completing the transaction by phone, by providing your card details to the customer service representative. If you wish to inquire about your options in detail, please contact our customer service via the website directly to customer service, or by phone.
- Only upon receipt of approval from the credit card company for the purchase you made using your card, or the receipt of your payment via PayPal, will we process your order and ship the products to you.
- In any case where the credit card company or PayPal refuses to allow the site to collect the payment, this will be considered a cancellation of the order by the buyer, and all the conditions stated below regarding the cancellation of the transaction by the buyer will apply.
- Verimix respects your privacy and is committed to maintaining the privacy protection rules accepted in Israel. Personal information that will be provided by you or collected about you will be used in accordance with the details in this privacy policy or in accordance with obligations applicable to the company under any law.

- In the event that Verimix is sold, transferred and/or merged with another corporation, provided that the recipient of the new information accepts the provisions of these Terms of Use in full.
- It is clarified that by law you are not obligated to provide your details, and their provision is dependent only on your free will and consent, in order to receive the requested company services, you will not have any claim and/or lawsuit against the company and its representatives in this regard. However, please note that without providing certain details (for example, without entering identifying information when placing an order) we will not be able to provide the services offered or fulfill your orders.
- Information provided on the Site must be true, reliable and accurate, only in your name and for yourself, and not for third parties, except in cases where you have been expressly authorized to do so in writing. Verimix is not responsible for the accuracy of the information and its quality and reliability, and no complaint from the parties may be made against it.
- Verimix will be entitled to send you an e-mail, contact you in writing or orally with any information regarding promotions on the site, innovations on the site, etc. If you do not wish us to contact you as stated above, you will have to indicate this in the designated place in the e-mail in the first publication you receive.
- Verimix devotes resources and takes measures to prevent intrusion into the site and to thwart possible harm to users’ privacy. However, it is not possible to guarantee the preservation of your privacy from such “intrusions” or to completely rule out disruptions. Therefore, you hereby declare that you will not have any claim and/or demand and/or lawsuit against Verimix and/or anyone on its behalf due to such harm, malfunctions and/or disruptions.

- When using the Site, Verimix or third parties may use industry-standard technology known as “cookies” and Flash and/or other tracking technologies (hereinafter: “Tracking Technologies”). These tracking technologies are stored on your device and allow us to automatically activate certain features (e.g., automatically activating the Site login process), as well as to facilitate and simplify the experience of using the Site. Tracking technologies can be disabled. For example, most web browsers allow users to delete cookies from the user’s device, block the receipt of cookies or receive notifications before cookies are stored. - Verimix has no control over these third parties. We encourage you to read the terms of use and privacy policies of these third parties so that you can know what types of information is collected about you.
- The delivery and dispatch of the products will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of these regulations. The delivery time of the products and/or services as indicated on the site for each product and/or service includes only the calculation of business days. The calculation of the delivery times will be based on business days, i.e. five working days a week, Sunday-Thursday, and does not include Fridays, Saturdays, holiday evenings and holidays. In addition, the day of the order will not be included for the purpose of counting the number of business days for the delivery of the products. Verimix does its best to advance the delivery time.
- The delivery of the products can only be made in accordance with the shipping policy of selected shipping company. Verimix reserves the right to announce that it is unable to deliver the product to a particular area.
- If you have used PayPal for Payment, we will only ship to the address selected via PayPal. We are prohibited from delivering shipments, by any means, to an address that is a P.O. Box.
- Verimix and/or anyone on its behalf will not bear any responsibility for delays in the delivery of products as a result of events beyond their control, such as strikes or shutdowns, malfunctions in the computer system or telephone systems and/or communication systems, malfunctions in the e-mail service, acts of hostility and/or force majeure (war, earthquake, weather, etc.), events that will affect the completion of the purchase process and/or the fulfillment of the delivery dates. In these cases, Verimix may announce the cancellation of the purchase, in whole or in part, and cancel the obligation of the person performing the action.
- The delivery of the various products and/or services by couriers will be carried out in accordance with the terms of delivery of the shipping company. If the shipping company is unable to make the delivery to the customer’s home for any reason, including due to weather conditions and/or a security situation that may endanger the lives of the shippers, the matter will be clarified to the customer and an alternative solution acceptable to both parties will be found. It is hereby clarified that with regard to the cancellation of a delivery due to the conditions specified above, Verimix will be the sole arbiter.
- It is hereby emphasized that the delivery times of products not delivered via couriers cannot be fully controlled by Verimix and are not under its control, and you declare that you will have no claim against Verimix due to disruptions in delivery not via courier.
- At the time of delivery, Verimix may request your presence at the place and time of delivery, and presentation of your ID card and/or your signature, as a condition of delivery.
- If a product is not shipped to you within 21 business days of the date of purchase, you will be entitled to cancel the transaction and receive a full refund for that product. Upon cancellation of the transaction as stated, and receipt of the refund, you will not have any claim and/or lawsuit against the site and/or Verimix, in connection with the transaction. The aforementioned does not apply to products whose delivery date is specified as longer, and/or were specially ordered for the customer.
- You are aware that in any event where the Site is unable to contact you to coordinate the delivery of the product, within 7 days of the date of purchase, this will be considered a cancellation of the purchase by you. In this case, the Site will not be required to provide you with the product, nor will you have any claim and/or claim against the Site or Verimix for cancellation of the transaction pursuant to this section.
- Your payment will be made using the credit card whose details you provided or via PayPal, at the price that appears next to the products you ordered, plus shipping costs and handling fees, all as detailed next to each product and/or on the product page, and in the summary of the ordering process.
- Verimix may change product prices and handling and shipping fees from time to time. The price valid for your order is the price published on the Site when you complete the ordering process.
- The prices of products and/or services and the handling and shipping fees that appear on the site does not include VAT. You may also be subject to Tariffs and tax and customs when importing said prodcut into your country, in accordance to the local law of your country. You should check upon said taxes in advance.
- In the event that the credit card company refuses to honor all of your obligations, or that your PayPal payment was not transferred into our account, your order will be canceled, the product will not be delivered to you, and you will be charged a cancellation fee as detailed in Section 11.
- We do everything we can to ensure that you are satisfied with the products you have chosen. However, you may return the products you purchased on the site within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt (except for those detailed below). Cancellation of the transaction is subject to the product being returned to Verimix in its original packaging, intact and/or without damage and/or defect and/or spoilage of any kind, and without any use, and without its box ever being opened.
- Products whose original packaging has been opened (unless it has been found to be defective) and/or products that have been specially customized, or that have been assembled, and/or bargain products – are not included in our exchange and return policy and cannot be returned. For the avoidance of doubt, if the product has been opened it will not be returnable. We do not allow the auditioning of products, you may only return them if you have never opened or used.
- If you have purchased a service, you may cancel it within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the order and up to 2 (two) days, which are not rest days, before the date of provision of the service (whichever is closest to the date of service).
- To return products, you must contact us, and provide a transaction cancellation notice, specifying the order details. After your inquiry has been investigated, you will be asked to return the product to Vermix’s company offices, at your own expense and by yourself. Products must be sent Duty-Paid and all taxes traiffs must be covered by the sender (the customer). Transaction cancellation is subject to the restrictions as detailed in sections a-c.
- After returning the products, and only if the products meet the conditions specified in the regulations regarding the return of products, you will be refunded the price you paid for them, excluding shipping fees and with a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount.
- In the event of a product that is received with a visible defect, this must be reported to Verimix immediately no later than 6 hours after receiving the shipment. After we receive your request, and if it is found to be justified, we will collect the defective product from you for inspection, then we will resend the product to you according to your original order, provided that it is in stock. A product that is received with a visible defect must be reported immediately upon receipt and must not be used in any way. In the case of a product that is delivered to the customer face to face, the customer must inspect the product upon delivery and ensure that there are no visible defects. Complaints about a product that was received with visible defects and was used by the customer and/or that was not reported about those defects at the time of receipt of the product, will be rejected.
- It is important to note – all products are inspected by the manufacturer and by Verimix, and are also photographed individually before shipment, so a situation in which a product has a visible defect or is not working or is not in good condition is almost impossible. If a request is received by Verimix about a product that arrived with a visible defect or any damage, which differs from the product documentation documented at the company’s offices before shipment, the request will be rejected. For example: a complaint from a customer about headphones with a fracture when the headphones are photographed at the company’s offices as being in good condition and intact before shipment.
- In the event of a transaction being canceled due to a defect, you will not be charged any cancellation fees.
- In the event of a transaction cancellation, prior to delivery of the ordered products and/or services – within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, you will be refunded the amount paid by you for the products and/or services, reducting a cancellation fee of 5% (unless otherwise expressly stated). In addition, if the product was sent by Verimix to the shipping company, you will also be charged full payment for the shipment, even if you have not yet received the products.
- A substential error caused by the site in the product description and/or the terms of sale will entitle you to cancel the transaction, without any cancellation fees and without being entitled to any compensation and/or payment from the site and/or Verimix.
- The product box and packaging accessories, as well as any paper and/or sheet or item and/or accessory and/or bag, and/or plastic and/or any object included in the product’s packaging, are all an integral part of it, and together with the contents of the box, constitute the “product”. This means that the box is not something in which the product is packaged or stored, but rather an integral part of the product, as well as its accessories. If you return a product for any reason, the product must arrive packaged in its original packaging in perfect condition, including all its accessories and any item and/or object, no matter how small, included in the packaging, all in completely new condition with the item packaged inside. If a product is returned without its packaging or accessories, or if its packaging is damaged in any way, the product will not be accepted since it was not returned in its entirety. In such a case, of course, you will not be able to make a return and/or cancel a transaction and/or exchange, and the product that arrived damaged or partially received will not be processed and you will be asked to collect it back from the company’s offices at your own expense.
- In the case of a product return, it should be emphasized, although this goes without saying, that the product (including its packaging/box and accessories as specified in section 11) will be examined according to its condition when it is received at the company’s offices, and not according to its condition when it is given for delivery to the postal service or delivery service. Products sent by postal and/or delivery services are often subjected to vigorous shaking, banging and blows, and therefore there are quite a few cases in which the product is received at the company’s offices broken and damaged or with torn packaging and its return is rejected, even though the customer who wishes to return it sent it in good condition. We recommend that the product be packaged securely, wrapped in padding, hard cardboard and air-filled plastic (“bubbles”), but these are only recommendations and the integrity of the product when it arrives at the company’s offices is the sole responsibility of the customer in any case, whether or not they followed these recommendations.
- Verimix is not responsible for damage caused to products while in the customer’s possession, such as: breakage, cracks, impacts, scratches, rust, and/or mechanical and/or electrical damage as a result of improper use or in combination with unsuitable equipment.
- Verimix makes every effort to provide its customers with proper and high-quality products. The products undergo strict quality control at the manufacturer. However, there may be very rare cases in which the customer receives a product with a manufacturing defect that is not visible upon external examination and/or mechanical or electrical testing.
- It is very important to note before purchasing on the site and to remember – Verimix does not cover the products with any warranty at all. The manufacturer of the products is the one who covers them with warranty and is the solely and exclusively responsible for exercising that warranty, according to the terms and conditions, restrictions, instructions and discretion of said manufacturer of the product in question.
- Verimix will assist the customer in communicating with the manufacturer in order to clarify a warranty claim. The final decision regarding each case and/or complaint is the manufacturer’s alone. The manufacturer alone provides the warranty for its products. The customer will not have any complaint or claim against Verimix if the manufacturer has made a decision that is not to his liking regarding his complaint. For example: A customer contacted the manufacturer claiming that there was a malfunction with his headphones, the details were transferred to the manufacturer and the manufacturer made a decision that this was not a malfunction covered by the warranty. In this case, it is agreed that the manufacturer’s sole determination will be accepted by the customer as conclusive proof and he will not have any complaint and/or claim against Verimix on the subject.
- In the event of a malfunction or problem that is covered by warranty according to the manufacturer’s decision, the solution will, in many cases, be in the form of product repair by the manufacturer. A problem and/or malfunction that is covered by warranty does not entitle the customer to a new and/or replacement product.
- If the product must be sent to the manufacturer for repair, unless the manufacturer has stated otherwise, the customer will pay for the shipping to the manufacturer, as well as any taxes, duties, or costs of any kind resulting from those shipments. It is important to check the policy regarding coverage or non-coverage of shipping costs in cases of warranty claims on the manufacturer’s official website in advance. In any case, the issue is between the manufacturer and the customer, with Verimix only assisting. Kennerton’s policy at this time is that the customer covers the shipment to them, and they cover the shipment back to the customer.
- In case you reside in Israel, in order to investigate a complaint regarding a product that has been used and is suspected of having a manufacturing defect that is not visible, the customer must follow the procedure detailed here:
- Contact us and report your desire to file a complaint.
- A representative will send you a complaint form that you will need to fill out and send back via email, along with clear, sharp, and detailed photos or videos that present the subject of the complaint.
- If the product and type of fault may be covered by warranty, customer service, if necessary, will instruct you to submit the product for inspection by the professional team. Submission of the product for inspection will be the responsibility and expense of the customer. - If the inspection reveals that the product is damaged and/or faulty and/or has a problem that is not covered by the warranty, Verimix will allow the customer to receive the product back, via shipping, at the customer’s expense. If the product can be repaired, Verimix will offer this option to the customer in exchange for payment.
- If the inspection reveals that this is indeed a manufacturing defect and/or a malfunction and/or a problem that is covered by warranty, Verimix will act in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and decisions.
- If the manufacturer has determined that it is necessary to transfer the product to it so that it can be examined or repaired, as noted above, if shipping to the manufacturer is necessary and the manufacturer does not cover those costs, Verimix will contact the customer to arrange payment for transporting the product to the manufacturer with the assistance of Verimix.
- Unless otherwise stated, sending the product to the manufacturer does not mean that the manufacturer has determined that the problem and/or defect is covered by the warranty. There may be cases where the product is sent to the manufacturer, and after inspection the manufacturer determines that it is a defect that is not covered by the warranty. In such a case, the manufacturer may offer a paid repair or return of the product without repair to the customer.
