Return Policy – Key Points
- Products can be returned within 14 days.
- We do not allow you to try\test\audition the products you’ve ordered. You must make a final decision regarding the products before opening their packaging.
- There is no possibility of returning a product after it has been opened and/or used – if the product packaging has been opened and/or it has been used, we will not accept its return.
- In order to return a product, it must be delivered to our offices in perfect condition. The customer will cover the cost of the return shipment including any tax\tariffs\commisions.
- Any item or object that arrived with the product, including its box, together, constitute “the product”. A product that is returned with a defect or a lack in its accessories and/or its box will not be accepted and its return will not be possible.
- A product submitted for return will be inspected at the company’s offices and the decision whether to allow its return will be made based on the condition in which it arrived at our offices. The customer is solely responsible for delivering the product to our offices. If a product is damaged or lost before it reaches our offices, this is the sole responsibility of the customer.
- The shipping fees paid for shipping the product to the customer will not be refunded to the customer as part of the product return.
- The amount due to the customer in the event of a return is minus a restocking fee of 5%.
